CDCC (SKDD in Croatian) Investor Transaction Account Management

HITA-Securities Inc., in accordance with the CDCC (SKDD) Rules for Clients within brokerage services, provides the service of managing the Investor Transaction Account, which is opened at CDCC(SKDD) based on the Client's instruction. Managing the Investor Transaction Account is an Auxiliary Service for the safekeeping and administration of financial instruments on behalf of the client. HITA-Securities Inc. performs this service significantly more affordably than SKDD. The assets in the Investor Transaction Account are not the property of HITA-Securities Inc. and are kept separately from HITA-Securities Inc. assets; they do not enter the liquidation or bankruptcy estate of HITA-Securities Inc. and cannot be used to meet HITA-Securities Inc. obligations to CDCC (SKDD) or any other Third parties.

In accordance with CDCC (SKDD) rules, the owner of the Investor Transaction Account is HITA-Securities Inc., but the holder (owner) of the financial instruments is the Client in whose name the Investor Transaction Account is opened.

CDCC (SKDD) has been charging securities holders with assets exceeding 5,000,000.00 EUR since September 2023, and from January 1, 2025, charges will apply to all securities holders with assets exceeding 1,000,000.00 EUR, with a planned reduction of the threshold.

HITA-Securities Inc. charges for managing positions in the Investor Transaction Account in accordance with the Decision on Fees - Price List.

Managing the investor's transaction account includes:

• Opening of the investor's transaction account
• Managing and administering securities positions
• Executing transactions with listed and unlisted financial instruments
• Receiving and forwarding dividends for the Client (as Negotiated)
• Registering and removing pledges/ liens on financial instruments
• Reporting to the Client on corporate actions
• Monthly reporting to the Client on the transaction account balance along with the invoice for the provided service
• Negotiated fee-commission for trading financial instruments on the Zagreb Stock Exchange
• Negotiated fee-commission for trading financial instruments on the HITA OTC market

To use the service of managing an investor's transaction account, you must become a Client by signing a Brokerage Agreement, completing the Client Questionnaire, and sending an email with written instructions for the transfer of shares to the investor's transaction account.
