Custody

Investment company has custody accounts with the Central Depository Agency in which financial instruments are kept for clients that are registered with the company.

With financial Instruments in a custody account custodian can handle only on the client's order. For each client the Company keeps separate records on financial instruments on Custody.

By agreement on custody the company is obligated to perform contractual duties to be charged in accordance with the Decision on fees for custody services.

According to the approval by the Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services, HITA Securities provides the following Custody services :

• Opening the custody account
• Safe storage of the financial instruments
• Clearing and settlement for the receipt and delivery of financial instruments, with or without payment
• Monitoring of corporate actions, and timely reporting
• Collection of revenue generated on the basis of ownership of financial instruments
• Participation and representation in ordinary and extraordinary shareholder meetings
• Regular reporting to clients through periodic status reports on the accounts
• Anonymity of ownership (The CDCC system the Company Hita Securities is registered as the administrator / Custodian)

For custody services abroad HITA Securities Inc uses reputable banks as foreign sub-custodians.
