To become a client, you need a Croatian OIB (Personal identification number). The OIB is issued by the Tax Administration of the Republic of Croatia. Contact us by phone or email at hita@hita.hr, or visit us at our headquarters in Zagreb. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
First, become a client of HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE – sign a CONTRACT ON THE PROVISION OF THE BROKERAGE SERVICES and register your stocks whita HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE. Contact us by phone or email, define the minimum price and quantity for the broker, and the broker will submit the order to the stock exchange. The order will remain on the stock exchange until it is executed or expires. You can also place the order yourself via HITA Internet TRADING.
The Central Depository & Clearing Company (SKDD) maintains the register of all joint-stock companies in the Republic of Croatia. Initially, stocks are registered with the issuer, or on a free ownership position. SKDD has assigned a secret number – PIN, to all securities holders so they can check their securities status and confirm the registration request. In order to place a sell order, you must register the stocks with HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d. The transfer of stocks to the registered ownership position with HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d. is done through a Registration Request. The broker will provide you with the request number for registration.
Confirmation of registration is done by calling the voice machine of the Central Depository & Clearing Company (SKDD) at +385 1 4807300. The voice machine will ask for your investor code, PIN from SKDD, and the registration request number. After the prompt, you can confirm the request by choosing 0 for an operator, or by choosing 1, then 1, entering your investor number followed by #, your PIN followed by #, and the request number followed by #. The request can also be confirmed via the SKDD's e-Investor electronic service

Contact us by phone or email, define the maximum price and quantity for the broker, and the broker will submit the order to the Zagreb stock exchange. The order will remain on the stock exchange until it is executed or expires. You can also place the order yourself via HITA Internet TRADING.
The primary bank for deposits in EURO currency is Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. (Croatian post bank Inc.) HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d. IBAN HR7523900011300004161, when transfering funds: model HR67, Reference number: Your OIB (Croatian personal identification number). Link to example of a completed payment slip is at the bottom of this page. After making the payment, please send us a copy/scan/photo of the payment receipt to the email hita@hita.hr so that we can approve your account as soon as possible. For payments in other foreign currencies, please contact us.
