About the company

HITA - VRIJEDNOSNICE, founded in 1992 under the name HITA-INVESTING, is a private joint stock company that provides services in securities trading. HITA-INVESTING has been providing brokerage services for over 14 years now and the beginning was in 1994 when HITA-INVESTING became a member of the Varaždin stock exchange. In 1999 HITA-INVESTING changed its name to HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d.
Company name in english is HITA-SECURITIES, and in german HITA-WERTPAPIEREN A.G.
 
 
Brokerage company HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d. is a member of the Zagreb stock exchange since 1994 (Varaždin stock exhange merged with Zagreb stock exchange in 2007) and the Croatian Central Securities Depository (Središnja depozitarna agencija) since 2000.
 
 
Based  on the licence given by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), Miramarska 24b, Zagreb, HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d. is authorized in securities trading for the following services. (članak 34. Zakona o tržištu vrijednosnih papira NN 84/02 i NN 138/06) –TRANS. (article 34. of the securities market act NN 84/02 i NN 138/06) :

  • purchase and sale of securities at clients request (order) in its own name and on behalf of the clients account
  • speculative trading - purchase and sale of securities for and on behalf of HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE
  • managing securities portfolios in clients behalf – portfolio management
  • special market trading activities services
  • agency services
  • underwritting services
  • investment advisory sevices
Hita-Vrijednosnice has 26 emplyees of which 14 are stock brokers and 6 are investment counselors. Zagreb based head office with our branch offices in Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Zadar, Rijeka and Osijek.
  
Organizational chart is divided into securities trading section, portfolio management, securities analysis, agency and underwriting and back-office.
 
Our mission is to ensure that our clients are provided with fast and quality service with their orders, provide best possible investment advice with a personal and flexible approach. 
Excellent solutions are provided based on our experience and detailed understanding of the regional market and the surrounding markets for over 13 years.
