CUSTODY SERVICES
According to the approval by the Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services, HITA Securities provides the following Custody services :
• Opening the custody account,
• Safe storage of the financial instruments,
• Clearing and settlement for the receipt and delivery of financial instruments, with or without payment
• Monitoring of corporate actions, and timely reporting
• Collection of revenue generated on the basis of ownership of financial instruments
• Participation and representation in ordinary and extraordinary shareholder meetings
• Regular reporting to clients through periodic status reports on the accounts
Investment company has custody accounts with the Central Depository Agency in which financial instruments are kept for clients that are registered with the company. Financial instruments in the custody account custodian can handle only per customer order/request. Company for each customer shall keep separate records of financial instruments on custody accounts. Custody agreement on custody company agrees to perform the contracted work to be charged in accordance with the Decision on fees for custody services.
